CANDLES Trip Alumni Weekend 2021

Come reunite with CANDLES and all of your fellow trip alumni! This year’s Alumni Weekend will include an open house at CANDLES with the opportunity to connect with our new executive director Troy Fears, Kristallnacht candle lighting ceremony, opportunity to meet with Joe Lee for discussion and signing of his new graphic novel detailing the life of Eva Kor, and dinner and cocktail hour at the Vigo County Historical Society.
CANDLES would like to invite all trip alumni to come together November 12-13, 2021, to reconnect with each other, share memories and stories, and celebrate the future of the museum. The theme of this weekend is to "Be a light that shines in the darkness". As always CANDLES works to carry out our mission to contribute to the empowerment of the world through hope, healing, respect, and responsibility by shining a light on the story of the Holocaust, Eva Kor, the Mengele twins, and other survivors. Together, we make a difference.
